All I Want for Christmas

This year has been so “book filled”, what with wonderful book gifts that I really terribly love (Francine River’s An Echo in the Darkness, Frank Peretti’s Piercing the Darkness, Suzanne Collin’s The Hunger Games, Ed Lapiz’s Parang Kaning Isusubo, and Dean Koontz’s Door to December) plus the numerous treasure finds from Booksale. But of course, as the overused adage says, “Too many books but too little time”, I could never run out of books to want and love. So, to save anyone the trouble of thinking what gift I would ever like, I am making this Christmas wishlist, 😛

Notice that the following list is all about the BOOKS I want. It does not follow though that I wouldn’t love a gift that is not a book. I have also made a list of non-book wishes. See it here, if you want. 😛

  • Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson (though a friend has already promised to send me a copy, I wouldn’t want to abuse his generosity)
  • Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
  • Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
  • Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli
  • Love, Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli
  • The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson (a boxed set of the trilogy is also welcome)
  • The Bourne Ultimatum by Robert Ludlum (the first 2 books in this trilogy I was lucky to find at Booksale but had no such luck with this last book in the series)
  • Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen
  • Any book by Neil Gaiman except Coraline

Hand-me-downs are equally welcome. Same with books from Booksale or other used books shops. I am not the picky, choosy type. 😉

So there. I am not that demanding, don’t you think? 😀

Happy Christmas shopping everyone! 🙂

    1. Hi Ariel. Thanks! You have a really nice bookblog going too. Anyway, it was rather sad I wasn’t able to see K.D. and Jzhun (due to time and distance constraints hehe). I hope next time I’ll be able to join you in the future GR meet-ups. 🙂
